Marketing Officer – FMCG Food & Beverage

About the role

Our client, a leading FMCG food and beverage manufacturer, is looking for a motivated Marketing Officer to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive product growth. The role works closely with marketing and sales teams to develop campaigns, coordinate promotions, and analyse market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for the company’s product lines.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, product development, and external agencies to execute promotional and branding activities.
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing content.
• Support the planning of trade shows, product launches, and in‑store promotions.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
• Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenditures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within FMCG or food & beverage.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience with design tools.
