Sales and Business Development Manager

About the role

STARTRADER is seeking an energetic Sales and Business Development Manager to expand its global partner network. Working remotely, you will acquire new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and high‑value corporate clients while supporting them to grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business development and sales opportunities across target markets.
• Approach, onboard and nurture new IBs, affiliates and corporate partners.
• Design and execute strategies to attract high‑value clients and broaden the partner ecosystem.
• Conduct market research to uncover new segments and growth opportunities.
• Lead full‑cycle sales processes from cold outreach through negotiation to closing.
• Maintain a strong client portfolio and ensure timely service for assigned regions.
• Build and sustain long‑term, productive relationships with partners.

Required profile

• Strong sales hunting ability combined with deep knowledge of the trading industry.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within financial services.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Familiarity with MT4 trading platform.
• Familiarity with MT5 trading platform.
• Experience using STAR Copy.
• Experience using the STARTRADER app.
