Sales & Brand Outreach Coordinator (Fashion & Lifestyle)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Brand Outreach Coordinator to help our client connect with fashion, beauty, lifestyle and watch brands across key international markets. The role focuses on generating qualified introductions and building lasting relationships with decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential leads in the fashion, beauty, lifestyle and watch sectors.
• Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn and virtual meetings to secure introductory calls.
• Use RocketReach and other CRM tools to source, track and manage leads.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings between prospects and the client.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect information.
• Support additional business or administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and business outreach.
• Interest or knowledge of fashion, beauty, lifestyle or watch industries.
• Strong research, organization and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
