Sales Executive (Travel – North America Market)

About the role

Zoor Tours is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our North American travel business. Based in Jordan and working remotely, you will manage high‑value FIT and B2B accounts, create bespoke itineraries, and drive revenue growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries from first contact through to booking closure, focusing on North American customers.
• Develop and present tailored proposals for key B2B and FIT accounts.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Design original itineraries that go beyond standard tour packages.
• Adopt and champion new sales technologies, including AI‑enhanced tools and our proprietary CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Deep familiarity with North American travelers and expectations.
• Proven travel‑sales experience, including management of FIT accounts and at least one B2B tourism account.
• Creative mindset for itinerary design.
• Honest, diligent, consistent, and adaptable to evolving sales tools.
