Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote position you will build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and close deals while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales activities.
• Qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts where applicable.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead‑generation tools.
