Senior B2B Growth & Marketing Specialist

About the role

BLUE is seeking a senior B2B Growth & Marketing Specialist to own and accelerate lead generation across Jordan, KSA, and the wider GCC region. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of digital campaigns, CRM pipeline management, and content development to turn marketing activities into measurable business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement B2B growth and lead‑generation strategies for GCC markets.
• Plan, launch, and optimise LinkedIn and paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Create and refine audience segments tailored to KSA and GCC audiences.
• Monitor campaign metrics (CPL, conversions, ROI) and report pipeline impact.
• Manage CRM pipelines, lead‑nurturing workflows, and data hygiene.
• Lead social‑media presence and overall digital brand visibility.
• Develop monthly content calendars and coordinate with creative teams.
• Support website updates, PR activities, events, and brand communications.
• Identify and act on opportunities to improve marketing performance and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Growth or Digital Marketing.
• Proven track record with LinkedIn Ads and paid digital campaigns.
• Experience managing CRM platforms and sales/marketing pipelines.
• Deep understanding of GCC markets, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, own projects and manage multiple priorities.
