AI Sales Enablement Specialist (Remote)

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of sales, artificial intelligence and operations. You will own the performance of AI agents across the sales organization, ensuring that AI‑generated outputs are high‑quality, on‑brand and effective in real sales scenarios. The position is fully remote and works closely with RevOps, Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the AI agents roadmap, prioritising use cases based on business impact.
• Translate sales challenges into structured AI workflows and develop clear agent specifications.
• Review and enforce quality standards for AI‑generated emails, LinkedIn messages, meeting briefs and follow‑ups.
• Own the prompt library – write, test, version and document prompts, continuously improving them based on performance data.
• Establish Human‑in‑the‑Loop governance, approval workflows, escalation rules and SLAs for customer‑facing content.
• Test AI agents end‑to‑end, identify bugs and work with RevOps and Product teams to enhance workflows.
• Create practical playbooks, train Sales and Customer Success teams and monitor adoption to remove friction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with RevOps, Sales, CS leadership, Legal and Security to align AI outputs with CRM data, messaging standards and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of sales psychology and its application to AI‑driven communication.
• Hands‑on experience in prompt engineering and content quality control.
• Proven ability to design and implement AI‑powered workflows.
• Experience working closely with RevOps, Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining brand and compliance standards.
