About the role
The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by selling foreign exchange (FX) products and services. You will identify new sales opportunities, build strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires deep knowledge of the FX market and the ability to meet ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CFD & FX market, leveraging an established IB & CPA Partners Network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored FX solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for FX products while ensuring client satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of FX market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate terms, and keep accurate records of sales activities with regular reporting to management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
- Proven sales experience in the FX or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of the FX market and related products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
