Customer Insights / Voice of the Customer Consultant

About the role

KPMG is looking for a Customer Insights / Voice of the Customer (VoC) Consultant to join its Customer Solutions practice. The consultant will help design and deliver insight initiatives, turning customer feedback and data into actionable recommendations that improve experience and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support design and execution of customer satisfaction surveys and VoC programs.
• Collect, clean, and analyse customer data from multiple sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarising key insights.
• Assist with implementation and configuration of platforms such as Qualtrics or Medallia.
• Conduct basic quantitative and qualitative analysis under supervision.
• Contribute to client workshops, meetings and documentation.
• Monitor customer KPIs including NPS, CSAT and CES.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field with a strong academic record.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, analytics, customer experience, research or related areas (internships considered).
• Prior experience on a Big‑4 offshore hub is required.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, structured problem‑solving and clear communication.
• Team collaboration, learning agility and client orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
• Familiarity with VoC platforms such as Qualtrics and Medallia.
• Basic statistical analysis and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
