Executive Recruiter

About the role

The Executive Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions across Jordan, focusing on proactive sourcing, talent attraction and building high‑quality pipelines. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and professional networks.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies and cultural fit.
• Negotiate offers and support successful candidate closures.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 2–5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search experience, preferably within the Jordanian market.
• Strong experience in proactive sourcing, headhunting and pipeline development.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic language skills required.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
