F&B Team Leader – Resort (199073)

About the role

The F&B Team Leader will oversee daily operations of a designated restaurant or outlet at the Holiday Inn Resort Dead Sea, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in line with IHG standards. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead a team of wait staff and coordinate with kitchen and other departments to deliver seamless dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations for smooth service flow.
• Lead, motivate and support wait staff to achieve service excellence.
• Conduct briefings, assign duties and communicate operational updates.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally.
• Assist with table allocation, reservations and seating arrangements.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, setup, presentation and readiness.
• Promote menu items and upsell beverages and special promotions.
• Support inventory control, equipment monitoring and outlet administration.
• Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Stewarding and other departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of Food & Beverage experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel or upscale restaurant.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑lead experience in F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and hygiene practices.
• Understanding of food safety requirements and inventory control.
