About the role
Microsoft’s Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is looking for a Senior Customer Success Account Manager who will act as the trusted advisor for strategic Turkish enterprise customers. You will own the post‑sales journey, drive adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions, and ensure customers realize business value.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑lead account management and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals.
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned with customer priorities and Microsoft KPIs.
- Orchestrate resources across Microsoft and partner ecosystems to support adoption, usage, and value realization.
- Track project milestones, monitor product adoption, and take proactive actions to improve usage.
- Collaborate with internal and partner teams to deliver end‑to‑end post‑sales support.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cloud and IT service management environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English.
- Track record of managing strategic enterprise accounts and delivering measurable outcomes.
