Account & Business Development Manager

About the role

Props Box is looking for an Account & Business Development Manager to lead new‑business initiatives and maintain strong client relationships in Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the company’s portfolio of immersive event experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
• Coordinate with internal operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to enhance Props Box’s offerings.
• Maintain accurate account and sales records in the CRM system.
• Manage existing key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new‑business development, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Strong account management and customer service abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within events, marketing, or experiential sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Amman, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid negotiation, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
