Area Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Area Manager to lead daily operations across multiple service sites in Jordan. The role ensures seamless service delivery, workforce efficiency, client satisfaction and compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across assigned sites, routes or service areas to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
• Lead frontline teams, plan manpower deployment, and optimise workforce productivity.
• Monitor performance metrics, attendance, discipline and compliance with SOPs and client requirements.
• Coordinate route planning, site schedules, shift allocation and resource distribution.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Handle operational escalations, service disruptions and workforce challenges proactively.
• Collaborate with HR, logistics, procurement, maintenance and administration to support operational continuity.
• Prepare and review operational reports covering service delivery, manpower utilisation, incidents and KPIs.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and operational standards are met across all sites.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of operational experience in waste management, facilities management, logistics, cleaning services or similar large‑scale service environments.
• Proven track record of managing frontline teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and client‑relationship skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple sites, schedules and resources effectively.
