Employee Benefits Executive

About the role

The Employee Benefits Executive will join MetLife’s Employee Benefits team to drive growth of the corporate business portfolio. This role offers exposure to sales, client engagement, negotiation and strategic business development within the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new corporate policies and solutions, meeting sales targets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations on performance and operational improvements.
• Lead development and achievement of new business objectives, ensuring premium targets and growth benchmarks are met.
• Leverage internal sales teams and external brokers to secure and optimize new business opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding of new corporate clients, ensuring seamless administration and compliance with underwriting standards.
• Maintain rigorous controls over underwriting and administrative processes to deliver high‑quality corporate solutions.
• Implement audit protocols to align operations with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic risk assessment and facilitate timely issuance of corporate proposals in collaboration with underwriting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven corporate sales experience.
• Insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service expertise.
