Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Jo Academy, a leading EdTech company in Jordan. The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, including local and international trips.
- Accompany the CEO on business trips and represent the office as needed.
- Attend executive meetings, prepare accurate minutes, and track follow‑up actions.
- Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks for the CEO.
- Assist in project coordination and monitor progress when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Chief of Staff, or similar senior‑level support role.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
