F&B Receiving & Store Worker – Warehouse Associate

About the role

The F&B Receiving & Store Worker supports the smooth flow of goods between warehouses and the kitchen, ensuring that perishable, frozen, and chilled items are handled correctly and stored safely. This position is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping the receiving area organized.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload goods from warehouses and deliver them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the loading and unloading zones.
• Prepare frozen orders for distribution to malls, supermarkets, and other locations.
• Organize and keep the receiving area, refrigerators, and small storage spaces tidy.
• Transport goods from warehouses to the kitchen and hand them over to relevant teams.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock counting as needed.
• Report any damaged or missing items upon receipt and delivery.
• Check invoices against received goods and ensure accurate receipt documentation.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or receiving role.
• Ability to follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Good communication skills to coordinate between warehouse and kitchen teams.
