HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead all human‑resource functions for our fast‑growing luxury event and production company in Amman. The role is full‑time, on‑site and will support the recruitment, development and retention of talent across our event‑focused operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
• Oversee performance management cycles, create development plans and support training initiatives.
• Design, implement and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with Jordanian labour law and internal standards.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data and documentation.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational culture projects and staffing for event‑specific teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) a plus.
• Proven experience in HR within events, hospitality or a fast‑paced service environment.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian labour legislation and best practices for fair, non‑discriminatory HR processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly advantageous.
