Senior Product Manager – Multi-Asset

About the role

Equiti is looking for a senior‑level Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of its multi‑asset investment suite, covering equities, ETFs, futures, options and fixed‑income instruments. Based in Amman, you will translate strategic vision into production‑ready capabilities and ensure seamless delivery across a regulated trading environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and drive execution for equities, ETFs, futures and fixed‑income products.
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear product requirements, user stories and delivery plans.
• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle from discovery, planning and execution to launch, ensuring operational readiness.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, QA, Project Management and Business stakeholders.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and Support teams to facilitate smooth product adoption.
• Lead market research, competitor benchmarking and stakeholder alignment to define functional and non‑functional requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex financial products in a multi‑asset trading environment.
• Strong ability to work across technology, operations and commercial teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage product lifecycle from concept to go‑live.
