Senior Software Engineer (.Net)

About the role

Capital Bank is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality back‑end banking applications. The role focuses on delivering reliable software that meets both business and customer requirements while adhering to industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, development, enhancements, and modifications of source code and scripts for back‑end banking applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and isolate software problems, providing strategic solutions and analysis for future development.
• Develop and test assigned software components following R&D development processes.
• Ensure high‑quality software deliverables by leveraging automation and tooling best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in .Net programming.
• Knowledge of current best practices in web application development.
• Experience with banking or financial services back‑end applications is a plus.
