About the role
The Supply Planning Services Associate supports Azadea Group's Business Services by handling transactional supply‑planning activities. The role ensures that internal customers receive accurate, timely service while adhering to established procedures and service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Execute supply‑planning transactions following defined procedures to guarantee accurate recording and control.
- Receive, process, and fulfill requests promptly in line with business requirements.
- Report significant problems or non‑compliance incidents to management and resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain high customer‑service standards by meeting internal SLAs and following up on all requests.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in a similar supply‑planning or transactional role.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
