Warehouse Manager

About the role
The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping, inventory control, and delivery. The primary goal is to boost operational efficiency while maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires close coordination with staff and external partners to ensure smooth daily activities.
Key responsibilities
- Track and manage inventory levels accurately.
- Inspect the warehouse regularly to ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff activities.
- Evaluate performance metrics to guarantee quality delivery and cost‑efficient workflow processes.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Implement and monitor safety protocols to protect personnel and assets.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
