Warehouse Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant handling of Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and other feedstocks. This role is based in Amman and works closely with Logistics, Quality, and Commercial teams to guarantee smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, sampling, weighing, storage, and dispatch of UCO and related feedstocks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, optimize storage utilization, and coordinate shipping and product transfers.
• Monitor product quality and enforce SOPs, ISCC, HSE, and company standards.
• Supervise warehouse operators, track operational KPIs, and record all transactions in the Tagaddod system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work 8‑hour shifts, 6 days per week, and reside in or near Amman.
