About the role

Key Jordan is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fabric and accessories manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient inventory flow, safe storage, and timely distribution of finished products while collaborating closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, schedule shifts, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and material handling efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement to align supply and demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor shipments, deliveries, and order fulfillment to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with safety and quality regulations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
