Senior Growth Executive (Remote, Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Executive to own revenue end‑to‑end for a tech‑first e‑commerce enablement platform. The solution helps scaling brands manage fulfillment, same‑day delivery, returns and inventory through a unified system that integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce and similar stacks.

Key responsibilities

• Own new business from prospecting to closing, handling both inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls that uncover real business problems rather than just feature pitches.
• Demo the platform and tailor presentations to each merchant’s Shopify or WooCommerce setup.
• Recommend the optimal solution based on transaction volume, operational complexity and growth plans.
• Leverage AI tools to research prospects and increase outreach efficiency.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and take full ownership of performance metrics.

Required profile

• Several years of strong sales or growth experience with a proven closing record.
• Sharp instinct for identifying and driving growth opportunities.
• Solid understanding of e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
• Confidence speaking with founders and operators.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Self‑starter who builds momentum without constant direction.
