About the role
The Stewarding Attendant ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen and stewarding areas of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay Aqaba. You will support the food & beverage team by maintaining equipment, utensils and workspaces in pristine condition.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, pans and related items.
- Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, sinks, drains and storage areas.
- Collect, separate and dispose of waste according to hotel and environmental standards.
- Support kitchen staff during banquets, events and high‑volume operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hotel, restaurant or stewarding operations is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform standing, lifting, bending and other duties.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic communication skills in English.
