Telephone Operator

About the role
We are looking for a Telephone Operator to join our Guest Experience team at Sheraton Amman. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling phone inquiries, coordinating services and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to guests.
- Process operational requests such as reservations, room changes, and service orders.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Complete daily reports and share local area highlights with guests.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment while moving throughout the property.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
