About the role
Join Concentrix as a Content Moderator Advisor in Irbid, where you will help ensure online content complies with client policies and legal standards. You will work on a variety of media, including images, videos, text, and accounts, handling sensitive material on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate online content against established policies and procedures.
- Review and process accounts flagged for potentially sensitive or violating content.
- Visually inspect images, videos, text, and user accounts to confirm compliance.
- Escalate policy violations using internal tools when necessary.
- Maintain high quality in each moderation case.
- Achieve monthly productivity and quality KPIs.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or a call‑center environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency (B1 level).
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
