Intersectional Procurement Advisor - Amman

About the role

MSF is seeking an Intersectional Procurement Advisor to support field procurement activities from its Global Procurement Unit. Based in Amman, the role involves providing strategic and technical assistance to country programmes while travelling up to 50% of the time to field locations.

Key responsibilities

• Front‑office support for both mutualised and non‑mutualised procurement in country programmes, working remotely when required.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to country programmes via IPMs or OC supply teams at regional and mission levels.
• Develop awareness of procurement best‑practices among operational centres and field stakeholders.
• Participate actively in intersectional field procurement mutualisation discussions and help establish appropriate governance structures.
• Collaborate closely with field procurement teams, supply and logistics coordinators, heads of missions and other GPU members.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to field locations.
