Assistant Outlet Manager – Rooftop

About the role

The Zenith Rooftop is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to support daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with the outlet manager to lead the team, maintain service standards, and keep the venue running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff to guarantee teamwork, optimal service, and guest satisfaction.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and correct any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
• Maintain storage organization using FIFO, conduct inventories, and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and ensure timely repairs.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Uphold company safety, security, and uniform standards, and report incidents.
• Welcome guests, anticipate needs, and provide courteous service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, standing for long periods, and navigating stairs or elevated areas.
