Content Moderator Advisor (Amman)

About the role

The Content Moderator Advisor ensures that online content is correctly categorized and free of illegal items, in line with client requirements and Concentrix business strategies. This position works from the Amman office and handles a high volume of sensitive and explicit material daily.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate online content against relevant policies and procedures.
• Process and review accounts flagged for potentially sensitive content.
• Visually inspect images, videos, text, and account data while adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Escalate policy violations using internal tools when necessary.
• Maintain high quality standards for each case.
• Achieve monthly productivity and KPI targets.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience, preferably in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency (B1 level).
• Familiarity with customer‑service platforms and tools.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
