About the role
Join Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program as a Kitchen Intern in Amman. You will gain hands‑on experience in a hotel kitchen environment, learning daily operations and supporting the culinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support inventory management and stock rotation.
- Learn hotel kitchen procedures and guest service expectations.
Required profile
- Current college or university student.
- Interest in hospitality, culinary arts, or hotel operations.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
