About the role
The Linen Runner provides essential support across hotel departments, ensuring guests and associates receive items promptly. Working in a dynamic hospitality environment, the role contributes to a memorable guest experience by delivering supplies, linens, and other items wherever they are needed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver items to guest rooms and various hotel departments such as housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, and front office.
- Move throughout the property, including stairs, service ramps and confined spaces, while handling items up to 55 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, protect confidentiality and uphold quality and appearance standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting and reaching.
Required skills
- Physical stamina to move and carry items up to 55 lb.
- Ability to read and verify information in various formats, including small print.
