Recreation Experience Expert

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert is the primary point of contact for all guest‑focused leisure activities on the property. You will ensure a safe, enjoyable environment across pools, beach areas, fitness centers, game rooms, and children’s activity zones while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with information about available recreation facilities and schedule their participation.
• Promote a fun, relaxed atmosphere while enforcing safety rules and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies, assist injured guests, and coordinate with medical services.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals, and manage facility bookings.
• Support private functions and group events within recreation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management.
• Deliver courteous, professional service to all guests, including those with disabilities.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Capability to recognize unsafe situations and act according to emergency procedures.
• Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Basic first‑aid knowledge for assisting injured guests.
• Computer literacy for entering and retrieving work‑related information.
