Recruitment Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support our hiring managers in attracting top talent. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate follow‑up.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct sourcing and headhunting activities using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
• Prepare recruitment reports and keep accurate candidate records.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment systems is preferred.
