Reservation Executive

About the role

The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing client bookings across travel, accommodation and related services. You will ensure accurate reservations, deliver high‑quality customer service and act as the main point of contact for client inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservations for travel, hotels, car rentals and other services using booking systems.
• Interact with clients via phone, email or face‑to‑face to provide information on options, pricing and availability.
• Prepare and send confirmation documents such as itineraries, tickets and vouchers.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, car‑rental agencies and other vendors to secure bookings.
• Handle payment processing, invoicing and refunds accurately and on time.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Generate reports on reservations, cancellations and customer feedback.
• Stay updated on travel trends and market developments to advise clients.
• Resolve reservation issues, special requests and changes promptly.

Required profile

• 0–1 year of experience in reservations, travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple booking requests.
• Strong communication, customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and booking software.
