Restaurant Manager

About the role

Bonbird is opening a new branch on The Boulevard in Amman and seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role combines operational oversight with financial stewardship to achieve profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including opening, operating, and closing procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets while controlling food costs, labor expenses, waste, and other operating costs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant management team to foster a high‑performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve escalated complaints, and continuously improve the guest experience.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain functions.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in restaurant or quick‑service environments.
• At least 2–3 years in a Restaurant Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, cost control, inventory management, and key restaurant performance indicators.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
