About the role
The Spa Receptionist joins the Spa team at a Ritz‑Carlton property in Amman, delivering a memorable and unique guest experience. Working full‑time on‑site, you will be the first point of contact for spa guests, handling reservations, retail promotion, and payment processing.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage spa reservations using the reservation software.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front‑desk environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and moving items up to 10 lb unaided (or 25 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to follow company policies, safety standards, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as described.
