About the role

Provide efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests in line with Mövenpick and Accor standards, ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• Set up tables, service stations and restaurant areas according to hotel standards.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation, portioning and temperature.
• Check regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Process guest bills accurately and follow payment procedures.
• Promote daily specials and hotel promotions.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and refer issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of service equipment, cutlery and dining area.
• Support banquet functions, buffets and other F&B operations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter in a hotel, resort, restaurant or similar environment (preferred).
• Hospitality or food‑and‑beverage training is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service and basic English communication skills.
• Positive, guest‑oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Teamwork, flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
